- The Service Provider will perform the Services professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

- The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather or pre-existing lawn conditions.

- The Customer acknowledges that results may vary due to factors outside the Service Provider's control, such as soil composition or improper watering.

- The Customer acknowledges there is no control treatment for certain types of insects and pests and the resulting damage is not included. The Service Provider will not be responsible for the control of these insects and pests under any circumstances.

- The Customer acknowledges certain weeds have no selective weed control available such as Bermuda, crabgrass and Alexander grass. The Service Provider will not be responsible for the control of these weeds or any damage to the lawn resulting from the germination of these weeds under any circumstances.

- The Service Provider will complete multiple visits, as needed, to attempt to resolve any concerns to the Customer’s satisfaction.
